Reviews (Review funnel)

The review funnel helps you get more positive reviews and handle negative ones before they become public. It works with a dedicated landing page that routes the customer based on their feedback.

Before you start

How it works

You send the customer a link to a public landing page. Those who are satisfied are directed to leave a review on a public platform (e.g., Google or Trustpilot); those who aren't are channeled toward private feedback, so you intercept the problem before the public review.

Set up the funnel

    Create the reviews landing page

    Configure the text and the public destination (e.g., your Google profile).

    Share the link

    Send it on WhatsApp after the purchase or service, when satisfaction is high.

  3. 3

    Manage the feedback

    Collect the private feedback and use the positive public ones for your reputation.

Ask for the review at the right moment: right after a positive experience (delivery, completed service). The response rate is much higher.
