Shop: sell in chat

The Shop lets you sell products or services directly tied to the conversation: catalog, cart, payment, and, where needed, booking slots. It's useful for closing the sale without moving the customer to another site.

Before you start

  • A SendApp Official account with the Shop module included
  • A configured payment method

What's included

Catalog
The products/services you want to sell, with price and description.
Cart
The customer adds items and proceeds to purchase.
Payments
You collect through the configured gateways.
Booking slots
For services: the customer chooses an available time slot.
