Do I need Meta business verification?

To use the WhatsApp Business Cloud API you need a Meta Business account. The built-in Embedded Signup walks you through the process; if you'd rather start without verification, begin with SendApp Cloud and migrate later.

How much do WhatsApp conversations cost?

Rates are Meta's official ones by category (Marketing, Utility, Authentication), billed directly by Meta: SendApp adds no markup. Replies to customers within 24 hours of their last message are free.

Can I manage multiple numbers?

Each organization manages one WhatsApp Business number. You can create multiple organizations under the same account and switch between them, inviting your team with different roles.

Do templates need approval?

Yes, it's a Meta rule for messages outside the 24-hour window: you create the template in the platform, submit it for approval and see its status kept in sync. Only approved templates can be used in campaigns.

What about the green tick?
