SendApp Cloud uses your number's WhatsApp Web connection. To protect it, only message customers who know you and stick to the recommended thresholds, built right into the platform:
- • New or rarely used number: 20–30 messages a day, one every 2–3 minutes
- • "Warmed-up" number (weeks of use): 50–100 a day, with 30–90 second pauses
- • Very active, trusted number: 150–200 a day max, always with pauses and real conversations
