1. Data controller

2. Data we process

We process: registration and account data (name, email address, phone number, company name); service usage data and technical logs (IP address, device type, pages visited); the content and contacts you upload or manage through the platform to send your messages; the data required for billing. Payment data (card details) is processed directly by the payment providers and does not pass through our servers.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to: provide the service and manage your account (performance of the contract); offer support; comply with tax and legal obligations (legal obligation); send you service communications and, subject to your consent, commercial communications; improve and secure the platform (legitimate interest). Providing the data necessary to deliver the service is essential in order to use it.

4. Data retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service and for the duration of the contractual relationship, and thereafter for the periods required by law (in particular for tax and accounting obligations). Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until such consent is withdrawn.

5. Recipients and data processors

To deliver the service we rely on suppliers that act as data processors, including: infrastructure and storage providers (e.g. Cloudflare), payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) and Meta Platforms for sending messages through the WhatsApp Business API. These suppliers process data solely on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some suppliers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, the transfer takes place subject to adequate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Data subject rights

At any time you may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing, as well as the withdrawal of consent.
