Loyalty program
The Loyalty module turns customers into loyal customers: you assign points, tiers, and cashback, and manage them with a public page customers can access. It's designed for local businesses and retail that want to bring people back.

Before you start
- A SendApp Official account with the Loyalty module included
What you can configure
- Points
- Accumulated by customers based on purchases or the actions you define.
- Tiers
- Thresholds that unlock growing benefits for your most loyal customers.
- Cashback
- A share returned to the customer, to spend later.
- Loyalty operators
- Members enabled to manage points and cards (e.g., at the checkout).
The public page
Customers access a public page (web app) to see points, tier, and benefits. You share it with a link, including on WhatsApp.
Pair loyalty with WhatsApp: notify customers when they reach a new tier or when they have cashback to spend. It boosts return visits to the store.
