With WhatsApp forms (Flows) you collect leads directly in chat: the customer fills out a small form without leaving WhatsApp, and the data can be forwarded to your systems. It's a low-friction way to generate qualified contacts.

How it works

Flows show the customer an interactive form inside the WhatsApp conversation. The answers are saved as leads and can be forwarded to an external system (CRM/management software) via webhook.

Set up lead collection

    Define the form fields

    Choose which data to collect (name, contact, need).

    Link the form to an entry point

    For example a keyword, a flow, or a campaign.

    Set up forwarding (optional)

    Configure a webhook to send leads to your CRM/management software in real time.

Ask only for essential data: every extra field reduces completions. You can always dig deeper in the conversation after acquiring the contact.

Manage the leads

Collected leads remain viewable in the dedicated section and can be worked by the team or automatically sent to the external CRM.
