Flow builder: step-by-step automations

The flow builder lets you build visual automations: starting from a trigger, the customer is guided along a sequence of steps with conditions. It's useful for qualifying requests, collecting data, and steering toward the right answer.

Core concepts

Trigger

The event that starts the flow (e.g., a keyword or the start of a conversation).

Step

The stages of the path: messages, questions, options to present to the customer.

Conditions

Rules that route the customer to different branches based on their answers.

Build a flow

   Open the Flow builder

   From the automations section, start a new flow.

   Set the trigger

   Define what starts the flow.

   Add the steps and conditions

   Compose the path: messages, questions, conditional branches.

   Activate the flow

   Publish and test with a real conversation.

Keep flows short and clear: a few well-thought-out steps convert better than long paths. Always include an exit to a human operator.
