Guide/SendApp Agent/Account & Billing
Plans, upgrades, and limits
Your plan defines how much you can do: how many Accounts and operators, how many contacts and messages, which channels. Here we'll see how the limits are structured and how to change them with an upgrade.

Before you start
- A SendApp Agent account
What defines a plan
- Accounts (AI bots)
- How many assistants you can create. Remember: each WhatsApp number requires a dedicated Account.
- Messages
- The monthly message quota. On paid plans it resets each month; when the limit is reached, campaigns in progress are paused.
- Contacts
- The maximum number of contacts in your address book. Once the limit is exceeded, adding new contacts is blocked.
- Operators
- How many team members (sub-users) you can create.
- Channels and tools
- Which apps/channels are enabled in the plan (WhatsApp Meta/Web, Telegram, Instagram, etc.).
- AI
- The monthly AI processing quota (tokens) used for responses.
Upgrading
- 1
Open Settings → Billing
You'll find the available plans and your current plan.
- 2
Choose the plan and the cycle
Select the higher plan and the interval (monthly or yearly).
- 3
Complete the payment
Proceed with the payment; once done, the new limits are applied to your account.
If you're approaching the message limit mid-month, consider upgrading: when the limit is reached, campaigns are paused until you free up quota (monthly reset on paid plans) or move to a higher plan.
When you reach a limit
- Messages used up: campaigns in progress are paused; they resume at the monthly reset or after an upgrade.
- Contacts maxed out: you can't add new contacts until you free up space or upgrade.
- Channel not included: if a channel isn't in your plan, it isn't enabled; you need a plan that includes it.
