Billing and payment methods

Billing is managed from your account Settings. Here we'll see where to find your active plan, how to change your payment method, how to cancel, and what happens if a payment fails.

Before you start

  • A SendApp Agent account with an active subscription

Where it's managed

Open Settings → Billing: from here you can see your active plan, your payment history, and manage your subscription. Payments go through Stripe and PayPal.

Renewal cycle and payment method

  • The subscription is monthly or yearly, based on what you chose: it renews automatically each period.
  • To change your card/method, update your payment details on the provider used (Stripe or PayPal) linked to your subscription.
  • The first charge happens at the time of purchase; the following ones at the start of each period.

Cancel your subscription

    Open Settings → Billing

    Go to subscription management.

    Select "Cancel subscription"

    Indicate the reason for canceling, if requested.

    Confirm

    The subscription is canceled; you keep access until the scheduled end.

If a payment fails, there's a short grace period (one day) before suspension. Update your payment method to avoid service interruptions.

Invoices

Payment receipts/invoices are handled through the payment provider (Stripe/PayPal). For specific tax needs, refer to the provider's documentation or contact support.
