Campaign results
For each campaign you see sent, delivered, read, replies, and failed. Focus on the delivered/sent ratio: it's the most reliable metric for understanding the health of your sends.
Number quality and Meta limits
- Number quality
- Meta assigns a quality level based on how customers react to your messages (blocks, reports). Low quality can reduce your limits.
- Messaging limits
- Meta defines how many new contacts you can reach in a period; they grow over time if quality stays good.
- Conversation categories
- Meta classifies conversations (e.g., marketing, utility, authentication, service): it's also the basis for the cost.
To grow your limits: send to contacts who expect the message, avoid content that triggers blocks, and use the right category for each template. Quality rises and Meta grants you more volume.
