File manager: manage images and documents
The file manager is where you manage the media (images, videos, documents) to attach to messages and campaigns. Uploading them once and reusing them saves you time.

Before you start
- A SendApp Cloud account
What you can do
- Upload images, videos, and documents.
- Organize them into folders.
- Reuse them in single messages and in campaigns.
Cloud providers (depending on the plan)
On some plans you can connect storage providers (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive) to select files directly from your cloud space, in addition to direct upload.
Keep an eye on your plan's storage space: media take up space. Remove files you no longer use so you don't fill up your quota.
