SendApp – Terms and Conditions of Use
The following general conditions (hereinafter “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of this website and the content made available through the websites (hereinafter “Sites”) sendapp.live, sendapp.cloud, sendapp.ai including but not limited to:

The Sites are owned and operated by SendApp, a product of Everysoft srls (hereinafter “SendApp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Access to and use of the Sites constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Registration
You do not need to register on the Sites to access content or services, however, some areas and features may be reserved for registered users. In such cases, you will be required to accept a separate Subscription Agreement.
2. Property rights
Use of the Sites does not grant any intellectual property rights to the content, code, data, or accessible materials. You are permitted to download a single copy of the content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use may violate Italian or international laws.
3. Copyright Agent

4. Brands
The trademarks on the Sites are registered by SendApp or third parties. Nothing on the Sites should be construed as granting a license to use such trademarks.

Linking to the Sites is permitted only to full HTML pages. SendApp reserves the right to revoke this permission at any time.

9. Refund exclusion clause
All software products sold through the Sites are considered digital assets activated and immediately usable. In accordance with current legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), There is no right of withdrawal or refund for activated digital products.
The user irrevocably accepts that the purchase entails the waiver of any right to a refund, unless expressly waived in writing by SendApp on an exceptional basis.
10. Disclaimer
SendApp assumes no responsibility for improper, illegal or non-compliant use of the software by the user. The user is required to use the tool in full compliance with regulations, including platform policies (e.g., WhatsApp) and the GDPR.
Improper use of the tool, such as sending spam or uploading non-profiled address books, may result in the suspension of the number or interruption of service by third parties. SendApp declines all responsibility for direct or indirect damages, blocks, suspensions or losses caused by such improper uses..
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Within the limits of the law:
– The contents and services are provided “as is”.
– SendApp does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Sites.
– SendApp will not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of data or profits arising from the use of the Sites.
12. License
The license is lifetime, but can only be used on one device at a time. In the event of a malfunction, you can request a reset by sending an email to info@sendapp.live.
13. Applicable legislation
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Access to the Sites from other jurisdictions is at the user's own risk.
14. Anti-spam policy
Using the software to send spam is prohibited. Violations will result in suspension or termination of service, as well as possible legal action.
15. Personal data
By accepting these terms, you authorize the use of your data for advertising purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
NoteSendApp is not affiliated with WhatsApp (WhatsApp Inc. and/or WhatsApp Ireland Limited) or any other Meta companies. Any modifications by these platforms may affect or prevent the software from functioning properly. Data remains stored locally on the user's device.
