SendApp \u2013 Terms and Conditions of Use<\/h2>\n

The following general conditions (hereinafter \u201cTerms and Conditions\u201d) govern the use of this website and the content made available through the websites (hereinafter \u201cSites\u201d) sendapp.live, sendapp.cloud, sendapp.ai including but not limited to:<\/p>\n

9. Refund exclusion clause<\/h3>\n

All software products sold through the Sites are considered digital assets activated and immediately usable<\/strong>. In accordance with current legislation (Directive 2011\/83\/EU), There is no right of withdrawal or refund for activated digital products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The user irrevocably accepts that the purchase entails the waiver of any right to a refund, unless expressly waived in writing by SendApp on an exceptional basis.<\/p>\n

SendApp assumes no responsibility for improper, illegal or non-compliant use of the software by the user<\/strong>. The user is required to use the tool in full compliance with regulations, including platform policies (e.g., WhatsApp) and the GDPR.<\/p>\n

Improper use of the tool, such as sending spam or uploading non-profiled address books, may result in the suspension of the number or interruption of service by third parties. SendApp declines all responsibility for direct or indirect damages, blocks, suspensions or losses caused by such improper uses.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Within the limits of the law:
